Prepper One Fiber Mox

With the PREPPER ONE, we have raised our Unimog to a new level together with the well-known survival expert Survival Mattin. The first Sahara tour quickly showed the limits of the original firefighting superstructure. It was not designed for tough off-road use in the long term. The solution: a specially developed living cabin that adapts perfectly to the characteristic shape of the Unimog. Robust, compact and consistently designed for use in extreme conditions. The result is a vehicle that is at home even where roads have long since ended. Inside, the PREPPER ONE focuses on a clear and functional design. High-quality materials, well thought-out details and a consistent focus on the essentials create a living space that offers everything you need for long journeys and self-sufficient living - without unnecessary clutter. The cab has also been extensively optimized. By raising the roof, seating comfort has been significantly improved. The concept is complemented by a roof rack, which creates additional storage space for equipment and expedition material. The PREPPER ONE is not a show vehicle. It was built to function in real-life conditions - from the dunes of the Sahara to the most remote regions of the world.

Fiber MOX

This MAN TGM 18.320 impressively demonstrates how versatile an expedition vehicle can be. It is based on one of our tried-and-tested Fiber-MOX cabs, which the customer can use as the basis for subsequent customization. The result is a vehicle that is already technically and visually prepared at the highest level and at the same time offers maximum freedom in the interior design. The unusual color scheme is particularly eye-catching. The vehicle originally arrived at our factory in blue and was completely rebuilt. Today, it presents itself in a striking combination of RAL 6033 mint turquoise and black – an appearance that is guaranteed not to go unnoticed. All add-on parts have been consistently integrated into the design. Both the solid quad rear carrier and the roof rack have been fully painted and blend harmoniously into the overall appearance. The result is a vehicle that looks as if it has been cast from a single mold and reveals its individual character at first glance. Our specially developed GlasuProtect process was used for the paintwork. The resistant coating reliably protects the cab and add-on parts from the stresses and strains of everyday travel and at the same time gives the vehicle its unmistakable appearance. Buddy proves that even before the first piece of furniture, a vehicle with its own conversion can have a strong personality – technically prepared for long journeys and visually anything but ordinary.

GRP cabin

Dani and Marc’s MAN TGS is a real long-distance touring vehicle with impressive power reserves. 510 hp, all-wheel drive and locks on all axles form the basis for a vehicle that can also travel confidently off-road. The GRP living cabin, originally manufactured by Kerkamm, offers plenty of space and also has an integrated quad garage for maximum flexibility when traveling. After the vehicle had been on tour with us, various areas with potential for further development became apparent. Instead of a completely new build, the focus was therefore on the targeted optimization of an already proven concept. Together with Dani and Marc, this resulted in a project that shows how existing touring vehicles can be meaningfully further developed and adapted to individual requirements based on practical experience.

Special cabin Wooden cabin with steel frame

The Pucchino is the logical further development of the acclaimed Macchiato special project. Again based on a Unimog U418, but this time with a fixed, extremely compact cab – built for uncompromising use where weight, center of gravity and robustness are crucial. The wooden cabin with integrated steel frame combines natural materials with genuine expedition suitability and offers protection and comfort even in bad weather. In order to consistently maintain the low center of gravity, the interior height of the cabin is a deliberately compact 1.20 meters. Standing height is provided by the converted roof tent, which extends the interior to over two meters. A vehicle reduced to the essentials – ultra-compact, light, stable. Made for the compass course in the desert.
