Inspiring vehicle conversions from our company

Each vehicle represents an individual approach to travel – from tried-and-tested basic concepts to highly personalized equipment details. These vehicles were developed in close cooperation with our customers and partners and on the basis of many years of experience in vehicle and cabin construction.
The vehicles shown here provide an insight into different utilization concepts, expansion stages and technical solutions as they are implemented at 4wheel24.

Unimog U418

|

Special cabin Wooden cabin with steel frame

The Pucchino is the logical further development of the acclaimed Macchiato special project. Again based on a Unimog U418, but this time with a fixed, extremely compact cab – built for uncompromising use where weight, center of gravity and robustness are crucial. The wooden cabin with integrated steel frame combines natural materials with genuine expedition suitability and offers protection and comfort even in bad weather. In order to consistently maintain the low center of gravity, the interior height of the cabin is a deliberately compact 1.20 meters. Standing height is provided by the converted roof tent, which extends the interior to over two meters. A vehicle reduced to the essentials – ultra-compact, light, stable. Made for the compass course in the desert.

Mercedes Benz AROCS 2043

|

WoodMOX

The Salzwurm is an uncompromising touring vehicle based on Mercedes Arocs – characterized by a clear spatial structure and an exceptionally warm choice of materials. The heart of the interior is the room-dividing bathroom, which functionally separates the living and sleeping areas and gives the vehicle a completely new floor plan. The 4wheel24 Wood Mox Custom cabin made of calm silver fir creates a natural, homely atmosphere that is deliberately kept calm by the simple, white furniture. Dark accents, real stone veneer in the bathroom and finely tuned lighting create a modern, high-quality overall impression. The Salzwurm is technically designed for the long haul and self-sufficiency – with a powerful power concept, sophisticated kitchen technology and a water system that offers reserves even off the beaten track. A vehicle that shows how clear functionality, natural materials and genuine touring suitability can be combined to form a harmonious whole.

Iveco Daily 4x4

|

Fiber Mox

Sometimes a new story doesn’t begin until after a crash. The Phoenix was originally a classic Bimobil conversion built on an Iveco Daily 4×4—until an accident brought the vehicle’s life to an abrupt end. Instead of a total loss, we got a fresh start: completely dismantled, redesigned, and rebuilt to be significantly lighter. The centerpiece of the resurrection: Instead of the original sleeping alcove, there’s now a clever storage alcove on the roof. This noticeably lowers the center of gravity while still providing plenty of storage space, making the Phoenix a true off-road specialist—in situations where a high center of gravity would otherwise quickly become a problem. The entire interior fit-out also comes from our workshop: lightweight, functional, and free of unnecessary weight. The Phoenix proves that from the ashes of an accident, a vehicle can emerge that is better than the original—designed without compromise for off-road driving and long-distance travel.

MAN F90

|

FM2 Shelter

Imagine this expedition vehicle based on a modified MAN F90 and it really is something special. Call it “pizza”, because just like a good pizza, we simply put everything that was left in the warehouse on it. The result? A vehicle that is as unique as a pizza with everything on it! With over 600 hp under the hood, this thing really is a powerhouse. With a shelter as a suitcase – the cozy retreat when you’ve had enough of the wild outdoors. No wonder it’s the flagship of 4wheel24 – this thing is simply unbeatable!

MAN TGM 18.320

|

Fiber MOX

This MAN TGM 18.320 impressively demonstrates how versatile an expedition vehicle can be. It is based on one of our tried-and-tested Fiber-MOX cabs, which the customer can use as the basis for subsequent customization. The result is a vehicle that is already technically and visually prepared at the highest level and at the same time offers maximum freedom in the interior design. The unusual color scheme is particularly eye-catching. The vehicle originally arrived at our factory in blue and was completely rebuilt. Today, it presents itself in a striking combination of RAL 6033 mint turquoise and black – an appearance that is guaranteed not to go unnoticed. All add-on parts have been consistently integrated into the design. Both the solid quad rear carrier and the roof rack have been fully painted and blend harmoniously into the overall appearance. The result is a vehicle that looks as if it has been cast from a single mold and reveals its individual character at first glance. Our specially developed GlasuProtect process was used for the paintwork. The resistant coating reliably protects the cab and add-on parts from the stresses and strains of everyday travel and at the same time gives the vehicle its unmistakable appearance. Buddy proves that even before the first piece of furniture, a vehicle with its own conversion can have a strong personality – technically prepared for long journeys and visually anything but ordinary.
