Inspiring vehicle conversions from our company
Each vehicle represents an individual approach to travel – from tried-and-tested basic concepts to highly personalized equipment details. These vehicles were developed in close cooperation with our customers and partners and on the basis of many years of experience in vehicle and cabin construction.
The vehicles shown here provide an insight into different utilization concepts, expansion stages and technical solutions as they are implemented at 4wheel24.
Unimog U418

Special cabin Wooden cabin with steel frame
The Pucchino is the logical further development of the acclaimed Macchiato special project. Again based on a Unimog U418, but this time with a fixed, extremely compact cab – built for uncompromising use where weight, center of gravity and robustness are crucial.
The wooden cabin with integrated steel frame combines natural materials with genuine expedition suitability and offers protection and comfort even in bad weather. In order to consistently maintain the low center of gravity, the interior height of the cabin is a deliberately compact 1.20 meters. Standing height is provided by the converted roof tent, which extends the interior to over two meters.

WoodMOX
The Salzwurm is an uncompromising touring vehicle based on Mercedes Arocs – characterized by a clear spatial structure and an exceptionally warm choice of materials. The heart of the interior is the room-dividing bathroom, which functionally separates the living and sleeping areas and gives the vehicle a completely new floor plan.
The 4wheel24 Wood Mox Custom cabin made of calm silver fir creates a natural, homely atmosphere that is deliberately kept calm by the simple, white furniture. Dark accents, real stone veneer in the bathroom and finely tuned lighting create a modern, high-quality overall impression.
The Salzwurm is technically designed for the long haul and self-sufficiency – with a powerful power concept, sophisticated kitchen technology and a water system that offers reserves even off the beaten track.
A vehicle that shows how clear functionality, natural materials and genuine touring suitability can be combined to form a harmonious whole.

Mr. Brady is not a KAT – but almost.
The MAN HX60 from 2009 has the striking presence of the legendary military truck, combined with modern technology and an interior that is designed for big adventures – or for life on the road.
The spacious cabin offers space for up to three people and impresses with an individually built interior that combines comfort, function and style. The absolute highlight: the 4wheel24 quad carrier, which makes it easy to take a quad or two motorcycles along with a second spare wheel. Mr. Brady is ready – for whatever comes next.

Iveco 120-23

Fire department superstructure
Mighty Tow – the strong brother of Mighty Mo.
Built to pull others out – and get through anywhere yourself. The Iveco 120-23 from 1989 is our robust tour recovery vehicle and still looks almost entirely like the original fire engine. The interior is simple but functional – perfect for short trips or missions in between. Mighty Tow is not a show vehicle, but a tool. And a damn reliable one at that.

Eleonora – a name that stays.
Taken over from an Austrian fire department and lovingly converted for the long journey. The 1226 not only retains its name, but also the power of a powerful V8 under the hood. The interior is equipped for long-term travel – including well thought-out solutions for people and animals. Even the cat litter box has been thought of. And once you see her, you won’t forget her: the striking color concept makes Eleonora a real eye-catcher – no matter where she appears.

GRP cabin
Dani and Marc’s MAN TGS is a real long-distance touring vehicle with impressive power reserves. 510 hp, all-wheel drive and locks on all axles form the basis for a vehicle that can also travel confidently off-road. The GRP living cabin, originally manufactured by Kerkamm, offers plenty of space and also has an integrated quad garage for maximum flexibility when traveling.
After the vehicle had been on tour with us, various areas with potential for further development became apparent. Instead of a completely new build, the focus was therefore on the targeted optimization of an already proven concept. Together with Dani and Marc, this resulted in a project that shows how existing touring vehicles can be meaningfully further developed and adapted to individual requirements based on practical experience.

sBrändle – power in blood red.
Named after the original fire department superstructure and built on a MAN F90 with a whopping 550 hp, sBrändle is anything but reserved. A real powerhouse on the outside, maximum comfort at luxury apartment level on the inside. The highlight: the extendable 4wheel24 terrace with three segments and a depth of up to 1.80 m. Anyone taking a seat here is not only enthroned above the ground – but above everything else on the road.

Silver like a star in the night sky—and just as ready to conquer long distances. The SilverStar, built on a Mercedes Arocs 2053 chassis, is prepared down to the last detail for the journey of a lifetime. Its hallmark: the custom-built rack for two BMW GS motorcycles, which keeps the team flexible even off-road—whether for the final kilometers into rough terrain or a spontaneous trip to the nearest village.
Our team has also completely reimagined the interior: The interior fit-out was built entirely in our workshop and combines long-distance capability with the comfort needed for months on the road. It’s not just the exterior that gleams silver—the SilverStar is fully ready to go where the road ends and the adventure begins.

The “Christophorus” expedition vehicle is the cool buddy among the off-road vehicles, based on the robust Iveco 80-16. It is perfect for all adventure-seekers who want to explore the world. Its reliability makes it the ideal companion for wild rides over hill and dale. Named after the patron saint of travelers, the “Christophorus” stands for safety, a thirst for adventure and the freedom of travel. Whether you want to cruise through sandy deserts or dense jungles, this vehicle is always ready for the next adventure!
